SD Card

Does anyone know what's the fastest SD card my Canon 60D Crop sensor Camera is capable of handling???  My manual is not specific about this.  It only recommends a minimum my Camera should use.  I want to get the fastest card my camera is capable of using.  I've read some cards are overkill with some Camera's because some Camera's cannot utilize the extra speed some cards are capable of providing.

60D can handle about 21 MB/s, so you don´t need a super fast card.

Thanks Peter.  I do have a Camcorder and want compatible cards for both.  I know video 1080p needs faster Cards than my DSLR.  Would 21MB/s be good for both????     Sorry so late to respond, I was'nt notified I had got a reply.

I have unfortunately no knowledge about camcorders.

not a problem.  i will go with sandisk extreme, and think i will be fine for both.  thanks peter.
