Greetings,
I am trying to remove the square located in the camera shot during livestreaming. Camera model Rebel T-7. It won't seem to go away no matter what I do in settings.
Can anyone assist me with this problem to completely remove the white square in the middle of the lens shot?
Kind regards

tristangabe21,
DuckDuckGo's AI Search Assist says this:
"The Canon T7 does not support clean HDMI output, which means it cannot provide a video feed without on-screen display elements like focus boxes or battery indicators."

The box sounds like the AF display. Try switching the lens to MF, manual focus. The camera isn’t capable of auto focusing during video capture, anyway,
But, it’s perfect for the talking head videos that you see on the YouTube platform. It’s also perfect for use as a webcam for video conferencing, especially when you use the EOS Webcam Utility.
