R6 Mark II in-camera RAW conversion

Hello, I found a manual page: https://cam.start.canon/hy/C012/manual/html/UG-06_Playback_0190.html

Unlike the manual page my camera does not have "RAW processing" menu item. Does it exist elsewhere or is my camera defective?

Is your camera in a "creative zone" like Av, Tv, M, etc.? This menu item is only available if you are in one of those.
