Hi there.
My R5 viewfinder's brightness changes to blown out as I move to look through it for taking photos. From a short distance I can see that it is accurate and normal through the VF, but as I bring my face up to look through it with my eye, it essentially over-exposes to a completely white preview and I cannot use the VF.
This happens randomly, and fixes itself randomly, but stays in this "setting" for a long period of time, even though many clicks and on/offs at a time.
I have checked every single setting, reset the entire camera, updated it ... What on earth am I missing?? It's so frustrating and I prefer using the VF over the screen.
TIA for any insight!!

Oh, it's only occuring when I'm shooting - when going through the Menu settings etc, the VF screen is fine.

AND - It is only the "preview" portion of the VF screen that is "overexposed" - the info bar at the bottom is fine
