Can someone please point me to a tutorial or a Youtube clip that shows how to connect R5 Mark II to the EOS Utility App over WiFi. My primary need is to wirelessly copy images from the camera to a Mac or Windows laptop.

Have you tried looking at page 751 and following in the manual?

Thank you. My actual issue was that I couldn't get EOS Utility to connect. The reason for that seems to be the latest install of the EOS Utility doesn't place the correct App in the launching Pad of Mac. That issue and the solution for it is described in this post:
