R5 Mark II Bug - Issues changing the exposure on the fly

I've found that if I have the camera in Manual mode and have PRE enabled, if you take a short burst and continue to hold the AF-On button you can't make changes to the shutter speed or ISO. Effectively, this is a pretty normal occurrence where if you shoot Manual and want to change the exposure, you simply can't until you release the AF-On button.

Which shutter mode and high speed continuous shooting mode?

The electronic shutter is required because of the PRE continuous shooting, and I'm using H+, but it occurs in H too, but I haven't tried Low.
