Put the SD card in my EOS 250D camera backwards AND upside down and it won't come out. HELP!!!!!

Is there a schematic or service manual available for this camera?

Send it in for service as you risk further damage trying to do it yourself.  Especially if it's really wedged in there.

Even if you get it out if it is stuck that badly you probably damaged the contacts. Best place is Canon service but since you call your SL3 a 250D I suspect you are not in the US.  You need to contact Canon in your country.
