The R100 manual states that Exposure Bracketing and White Balance Bracketing settings are automatically reset when the power switch is on and I have observed this behavior.
Is there any way to prevent the bracketing settings from being reset when I turn off the camera?
Thank you.

No, I don't think so. I'm afraid that's just the way it is.

Do you know if there is any chance that future firmware updates will enable this functionality? I see on the forums that some EOS models have a custom function to prevent the reset of bracketing settings.

la-leg-nyc,
No, sorry, I don't have any information one way or the other.
I just know that on my T8i, the bracketing is cancelled when the camera is shut off.
