Do you format your memory cards in the camera prior to first use?

Yes I have and I haven’t had any problems before I’ve been using the same one for a bit since I just had recently bought the camera and the pink streak only started to appear recently. This is a picture from the same day but earlier.

Yes, no exposure to any type of laser

can also be exposure to LIDAR. i.e. autonomous cars

A pink line may indicate laser damage but then you often see more dots around the impact area. Hard to tell if your image has that because:
1. Your file is a demosaiced JPEG and not a raw file
2. Your file has clipped highlights
If all your pictures look like that, then you will need a new sensor. A workaround to hide that line is to use RawTherapee https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/EOS-DSLR-Mirrorless-Cameras/EOS-R6-Mark-II-Vertical-line-on-image...
