Picture won't open or Has colored bar through

Hi! I have a Canon Rebel T3 I just got back from vacation and  I just  transferred my pictures onto my labtop. When I went to open the pictures about half either will not open or has a vertical colored bar  through half of it. It's also mostly on my RAW pics. Below are screen shots of the errors. Is this a camera error and will I be able salvage my pictures.

With which software are you viewing your images?

Have you installled Digital Photo Professional from our website?

Looks like corruption. Do they view OK on the camera? Are you using a full size SD card?

I used the view that cam with my laptop

I was able to view them on my camera and my sd card supports Raw pics. And of course the way I transferred them over and deleted off my card before viewing

Never ever do that. Always make sure the transfer worked before deleting from the camera.
