Photos Split While Importing EOS R100

Hi! I am using the Cannon EOS R100. When I import the photo into LrC it splits into 2. It seems like it is taking photos around it and adding them. Please help!

Can we assume the pic looks normal on the camera?  This happens on import.  What happens if you manually copy the images from your camera to the MAC, then preview it in Image Capture.

I’m sorry, I am not so sure I know how to do that. I just use a adapter and plug that into my computer with the SD card in it.
