I'm planning to buy a Canon EOS 6D Mark ii when it becomes available. I have some 20 year old EF mount USM lenses that I purchased in the late 90s with a 35mm EOS 5.
Are these old lenses compatible with a 6D mark ii?
If so, are there any limitations?
Thank you.

Both will work with the 6D2 but the quality may not be as good as more modern lenses. The trouble with getting a more modern body that has higher resolution is that any poor lens performance will be more obvious.
Providing you are not making large prints then both should give quite adequate performance.

Thanks Ray-uk.
That's what I thought, but needed to make sure.
Thanks again

If I just bouhgt a brand new 6D Mk II, I would not put either of those on it. Why, I must ask?
