Hello,
While trying to connect my 90d to the Canon App it will only connect via WiFi and not Bluetooth. I have tried turning my Bluetooth on and off on both the camera and my phone. Sometimes the message to connect to the camera will pop up on my phone but then it is immediately met with a message on my camera saying that no phone has been found.
I've tried googling this problem but haven't had any luck so far. Is this a software issue, is there any new firmware that I should download?

Connecting via Bluetooth isn't rocket science. Maybe you have a bad module, or something.

Hi buddy, there can be too view two this, one is issue with your Canon 90D or you are doing it wrong. Try doing via guide or else visit nearest help center.
