Need help registering EOS Rebel T7i

I have Conan EOS Rebel T7i

I am trying to register my Canon EOS Rebel T7i, i just subscribe to Utility webcam pro so i can use it for streaming. I do not have the date i purchase the camera or which store. Please help me, it becoming very inconvenience.

Since it is likely that your T7i is more than one year old there is no warranty. Just pick a date; when I purchased used cameras and lenses I registered them with a purchase date of January 1 2020. Try that.
