I'm new to this and 1 time actually yesterday there's a full settings tab but now there's only like 7 maybe just take a look at the links that I provided to you!
rotate the mode dial to see what happens. If the camera is set to Auto (the green one) some settings cannot be adjusted in the menu. You will find more tabs in creative modes i.e. Av, Tv, M and P modes.
