My TSi will not take pictures on AF but will on MF. It doesn't matter which lens I use. Also, it will take pictures without any lens. Help!

Hi, mamaduck!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which Canon camera model you're using. To date, we have not made a camera with the model name "TSi." That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 8 AM and midnight ET (5 AM to 9 PM PT) and Saturdays from 10 AM to 8 PM ET (7 AM to 5 PM PT).
Thanks and have a great day!

AF needs certain situations to work. If you do not have them, it will not AF. Contrast is required as is enough light.
