I am running OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5 and have installed EOS Utility - my Macbook is not recognizing it. I have tried going to Applications -> System Utilities -> USB and it is not listed under USB

If you haven't already resolved this issue, when your camera is connected to your computer, via its USB cable, and powered on, what do you see on the camera's display?
Have you tried more than one USB cable and USB terminal (on your computer)?

Hello,
I am facing the same issue. I tried multiple ports and also replaced my cable with new ones to check if the fault is with the cable. but still not working.
I am using macbook air (macOS Catalina)
