A line shows up on footage and images I take with my R6 mark 2. I think it stars showing up after I've used the camera for a bit and it warms up. I've updated the firmware to the latest hoping it will help fix it, but it still shows after a while. I am extremely concerned as this might mean I can't use my camera for longer shoots. Anybody know a way to help please?

Sounds like a hardware failure with the sensor. Especially since the fault shows up after the camera has been on for a bit and the images also show the line.
Assuming your camera is still under warranty? Contact Canon to see about performing a repair.

Thanks a lot... I was suspecting that but dreaded the possibility. Though the camera was bought in the USA, I am based in Ghana, West Africa...
