Lens IS or IBS using EF lens on R5 body

When using an EF lens on an R5 body, is it better to turn of the lens IS and use the IBS or is it better to use the lens IS and forgo the IBS? Thoughts? References to test data? Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I thought it was best to use both.

You can only use both when an IS lens is used. Turning off lens IS disables IBIS.
