Interval Time Count on Canon EOS R5

If I set my Interval TImer to Unlimited--how can I tell how many photos have been taken?  The option to only shoot 99 photos seems limited.  Thanks

I think it will keep going until it runs out of space on the memory card or battery power, whichever comes first.

The file numbering could tell you how many shots, or you could just start in a new folder.

Is the 99 figure you are seeing actually the burst count? The burst icon is a two digit icon.

You are limited to only two digits when you define the number of shots.
