I would like to take this oppurtunity to ask You , how I can turn of the self-timer bulb everytime I capture any normal photo.

That bulb will only blink when self-timer is set. It counts down so people get ready for the shot.
You could set the 2-second timer and it would shorten the time, but thats all you could do.
Why do you want it to blink when you take a non-selftimer shot?

Set the Drive Mode.
You should be able to press the icon that looks like the little sheets of paper next to the set button. Set it to the single sheet.

If I turn on the Self-Timer option...and I capture a photo then the self-timer bulb starts blinking (orange lamp beside lens mount)
I want to set these lamp as ...whenever I capture any photo (without self-timer) it would blink ...
How can I do it
If I understand your question and his answer, I think he just told you. Set Drive Mode to Single Shot, the far left icon.
If the camera seems to be automatically taking consecutive shots, then AEB, Automatic Exposure Bracketing, may be enabled.
You can clear the mode by turning off the camera with the power switch.

You might be thinking of red eye reduction. You can set that in the Menu.

Yes. Light will illuminate to help close down iris to minimize red eye.
