Image review seems to be stuck on Image Protect mode (Protect Images - Disable or Enable). Pressing "set" button does not do anything. Tried to removed/replace both the battery and the card. Re-fromatted the card. Nothing seems to get it out of the Protect Mode when going to Image Review.

During image playback, if you press the "Q" button, you are prompted with that dialog box. Press "Q" to close it.

Thank you for the replies. I finally found it was a matter of the right combinations of pressing the "info" button and the Q button to get back to the normal preview screen
