If I shot video with 2 Mark iiis and their settings are different how should I edit?

I had 2 people recording and one cameras shots are much darker than the other.  So should I fix it before I edit and how?  Or should I just edit the 2 cameras' footage and then fix it later and how?

Do you happen to know the specific settings?  Was one darker because of ISO or aperture, etc?

Depending on the specific ISO setting this is possibly a very trivial fix by just adjusting the exposure in your video editing software.

What software do you use to edit the video?  Does it have an exposure adjustment?
