I have an isssue when I inserted new sd card in canon rebel eos xis camera can any one help me this

Hi and welcome:

To help us to help  you, we need to know:
1. What brand is the card and what capacity is it?
2. Where did you purchase this from?
3. Have you tried formatting the card?

These CF cards and be problematic because of the exposed rows of pins into which they slot.  Can you please check the inside of the card slot to see if any pins are missing or bent?

Card is sandisk ultraplus 128gb(150mb/s) I bought from Best Buy 

I did tired to format but it says “cannot format change card”

Hey there.

I'm unsure which camera you have - do you have a Rebel XS, or an XSi? 

But did you try to format the card with the camera?
What is the card's capacity (size in GB)?

It is rebel xsi 

the card capacity is 128gb (150mb/s)

Greetings,

I don't believe the xsi supports cards larger than 32GB.  Stick with 32GB full size media or less.

Your card is probably an SDXC. The XSI can only take SDHC, so, as said no more than 32 GB:
