I’ve tried everything and even called support, but no one seems to know what’s going on. The strange part is that it was working fine just two days ago. Could it be because Canon hasn’t released updated software compatible with Sequoia 15.5? I would greatly appreciate any help—I'm just trying to get it to work over Wi-Fi. Thank you in advance!

What version were you running two days ago? Did you just do an update?
Check the Canon web site for the latest version of Camera Connect. You may have to delete all versions and reinstall the latest version. The revision notes should tell you what OS version it is compatible with.
Take note of the release date on the Canon app. Compare that date to the release date of your OS version update.
Apple releases so many updates over a short period of time that Canon seems to always be about 3-4 months behind. That translates to 2-3 OS update versions behind.
Apple OS updates do odd things to the serial ports. The updates seem to disable them for certain apps.
