Greetings, so I’m a relatively amateur photographer, and stepped away from much photography for quite a while, but hoping to pick it back up some.
My current camera is an EOS 60D and I have several lenses, filters, an extended battery grip, and a couple of flashes. Given how expensive these can be to replace I’m really hoping there’s a current model where most or all of these things will still be compatible. What’s your best advice?
Thanks in advance!

Greetings!
Canon stopped introducing new DSLR bodies before COVID. There is still a dwindling supply of new ones in some places.
Canon has been introducing MILC bodies since before COVID. This would be the R Series of cameras. They have both full frame sensor bodies and APS-C sensor bodies like the 60D.
Your current lenses can be adapted to use on the R cameras.
Canon offers more than one type of mount adapter, which I leave on the body. I have to remove it to use the new RF lenses.
The flash shoe has also been updated. Many older flashes require a shoe adapter.
