Today I noticed that while the bird was far it was in clear sky background. I have taken many usable shots with my R6 and even 7D Mii, but today the camera R1 ! would not give sharp image.
I imported in Lightroom and was checking the focus point and other settings to understand what might be the problem. However to my surprise it says No Focus Points Recorded. How can that happen?

Do you use back button AF with your camera? If so it is possible that when you pressed the shutter you lifted off the AF button, so that at the time the image is captured the camera is not actually focusing. You can usually see this even on the camera screen. When reviewing the image on the camera screen, enable the focus point display. If no points are shown, then the camera was not focusing at the time of capture or focus was not achieved.
I don't know which Lightroom Plug-in you are using for the camera information, but it is best to get such detailed information using Canon DPP to avoid the chance that the plug-in is reporting incorrect information.
