Eos Rebel T7i won't shoot videos

Hello everyone,

Ijust tried my new canon camera today that I bought 2 months ago on video mode but I realized that it won't shoot video no matter what I do. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I am using a 64 GB SD card with fast speed 10.

I formatted the card but still the same problem.

Have you registered your camera with Canon yet? If not then do that on their website you may need that for support or warranty service now or in the near future. In the meantime have you tried to reset the camera to its default values in the menu just in case some setting is stopping you from taking a video.
