I have a EOS R100 when I connect it to the ipad with an adapter or to any source with a type C says Busy and does not let me do anything
any tips

The camera is designed to connect wirelessly to smart devices. What app are you using on your iPad?

I have the canon connect app but I am trying to use the camera for my Photo Booth business, no matter where I connect it, even to my computer or to a power outlet with a type c cable. It says busy on the screen and won’t allow me access to it

The EOS R100 was designed to connect to mobile devices through Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, support is not available for connecting the camera to a mobile device through a USB cable and / or an adapter.
