EOS Rebel XT Field Monitor Compatibility

I just got a Canon Eos XT Rebel and I was wondering if I could connect a field monitor to it for a Live view option since the camera Itself does not have that feature

It appears that there is no option to provide an external live view. You can connect the camera to a TV to view the captured images in the camera, but no live view function.
