EOS Rebel T6 behaving oddly after drop

Hi!! I dropped my camera (cannon rebel t6) and it still turned on and there was no visible damage. However, when I tied to take a photo, it did not completely take and the message “still recording” came on the screen. I took the battery out and it beeped. Pls let me know what I can do!! Thanks so much!! 
I am currently on a trip out of the country & would really love my camera to take pictures. Thanks so much & any help would be appreciated!!

Probably nothing. It needs servicing or repair. Cameras do not do well after being dropped even a little drop.
