Hello, I bought this T6 recently and for a few weeks I was able to connect to the camera’s wifi with no issues. Now, I am unable to and it keeps saying “no internet connection” on my phone when connected to the camera wifi. In result, when I go to camera connect app, it allows me to “connect” however it won’t load or download my photos.
I have tried restarting my phone, disconnecting to the wifi. I also have tried resetting the wifi on my camera, and restarting a new connection, all of these for about 6 times with no luck.
Please help, thank you.

Hi kreejimenez,
To maintain the wireless connection, the iPhone needs to stay connected to the camera. Check the wireless settings on your iPhone to see if it is automatically switching to a different Wi-Fi network. If so, select that Wi-Fi connection and turn off the auto-connect setting.
It might also help to turn off Wi-Fi Assist on the iPhone. To do that:
1. Open Settings
2. Select Cellular
3. Scroll up past the list of all installed apps
4. The next setting is Wi-Fi Assist
