Where can I find parts?  I need a new hand grip.

Or is there a way to seal it so it's not sticky and black coming off?

You can check KEH, B&H Used Department, or MPB—occasionally, they stock older film cameras or parts.

If you can't find parts here is an option:

Of course, any parts camera will have rubber that is just as old and probably just as sticky.

The stickiness can be removed with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Wet a cloth liberally and wash it off.
