so i always shoot with AEB on. but every time i turn my camera back on, the AEB setting is gone. i have to keep remembering to set it up again. is there anyway to save its setting? or all settings of the camera?

See page 527 of the User Manual. There's a custom function (C.Fn I-3: Bracketing auto cancel). There it states:
"You can specify to cancel AEB and white balance bracketing when the power switch is set to <OFF>". Setting that custom function's value to 1 will disable it, so your AEB settings should survive across power downs.
