EOS RP No clean HDMI option with Canon RF-S18-45mm lens

I just purchases a Canon EOS RP and Canon RF S18-45mm lens.  The firmware that came with the camera is 1.6.1.  When I try to do clean HDMI out in the menu, the "HDMI info disp" is set to ON and is grayed out.  When I try to select it, I get a message that says "not available with the attached lens".  I can't figure out if the lens is really not compatible or if there is another setting I need to adjust.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The lens isn’t compatible. Use a Full Frame RF Mount lens NOT an APS-C RF-S lens. I highly doubt that lens came with that camera. It would’ve came with a Full Frame RF lens.
