EOS R7 Stuck in Manual Focus Mode

jesthepirate

I was taking photos on my camera and a dog bumped me. My thumb had pushed something on the camera because now it's stuck in manual focus mode. The dial on the front is still on autofocus but under my AF setting, the AF Operation is set to manual focus and doesn't have an autofocus option below it.

Any ideas to switch it back?

When in doubt of what settings may have changed, reset the camera back to defaults.

I can't believe I didn't think of that.

What lens do you have exactly. Some lenses have an AF/MF switch on the lens itself. The AF/ MF switch on the body only applies to lenses without an AF/MF switch on them.
