I am using BG-r10 on Canon r6 mark III. Both batteries (new LP-E6P batteries) have at least 60% charge (checked separately) but the display shows a red blinking battery icon warning my battery (batteries) are almost depleted. I've upgraded the firmware to the latest on the camera. Any ideas why this battery grip doesn't seem to be working with this new camera? When I turn the camera on, I get a warning that Network function and use of some functions are restricted due to incompatibility battery or combination with a battery grip. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I have an R6 mark I and the grip works fine on that camera.

The BG-R20 was released for the R6M2 and R6M3.
What you are seeing are the identified issues that occur when the R10 is installed on the Mk2 or Mk3.

Does camera function OK without the grip? If so give Canon support a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
