EOS R6 Mark II Video keeps coming up in slow motion

I started shooting video for sport. I don't know anything about video shooting. The video looks great in default mode but in slow motion. How do I get it to film in regular speed? Thanks

Switch to movie mode with the switch on the top left of the camera, then press menu and navigate to the first entry on the first page of the red menu, Movie rec. size there you can choose the resolution and the frame rate from the options displayed.

The entry beneath this is High Frame Rate, when this is on, you will find a different set of options for Movie Rec. size.

Your camera can capture movies at 24, 30, 60, 120 an 180 frames per second (fps). Most of the time playback will be at 24 or 30 fps. What this means is that movie captured at 60fps and played back at 30fps will be slow motion, 1 second of filming will take 2 seconds to play back. The faster the frame rate the greater the slow motion effect.

In the camera, if you shoot at 60fps then it plays back at 60fps so it looks realtime, but your editing software or video player on your computer may still play it back at 30fps making it look slow. However if you shoot at the faster frame rates, 120 or 180p then the camera plays them back as slow motion clips.

How do I change the frame rate in R6 II? Thanks
