Hello everyone. My canon r6 mark ii has failed to get into manual mode. The dial mode is set to M but it keeps displaying Av mode and I can’t control my shutter and iso. This is both in video and photo modes. Please is there any solution for this? It just started today.
It sounds like you may need to have the camera serviced by a Canon Repair Center in your area. I suspect that the entire top assembly will be replaced.
