I am setting up b.t. and wifi to my ipad with canon camera connect.
After all done the auto download is working.
But.. when turning my cam off and on I get just the b.t. connection.
Looks like my camera is not holding my access point wifi information.
Tried to reset camera and reinstall canon app but isuue remains 😞
Thanks

Hi shlomine,
There is something to double check with an issue like this. When you power the camera back on are you going through the reconnection steps in the menu? That is what reconnects the wifi to allow you to remotely control the camera or download images.
The steps to do that are on page 643 of the current manual. If you need a copy of the manual it is available HERE. Once you are on the web page click on the Manuals button and the one to reference is named EOS R50 Advanced User Guide.

chlorine,
It seems to me, that when you turn your camera off, you would lose that wi-fi connection. That sounds like normal behavior to me.

Yes thats correct..
The issue is reconnecting when camera is on again.
