EOS R5 Strange Issue with dust/dirt

KevHB
Apprentice

Canon R5 with 24-105m Lens.  Using camera to switch back and forth videos/photos with varied focal length

While shooting video with R5 some dirt/dust appears, small but bothersome.

While shooting pictures with 5R dirt/dust does not appear

Looked at sensor didn't see anything, cleaned both ends of lens.

When capturing video, is it using perhaps a smaller portion of the sensor and thus leading to the dust/dirt being more obvious?

Thank you for the response,  I need to take another look at the sensor and try video with a different lens.

Could you post an image of what these “dirty” images look like?  I am wondering if you might have hot pixels.  Dust on the sensor can usually be blown away with a rocket blower.  Do not attempt to clean the image sensor, not just yet.
