I'm trying to update the firmware. The <OK> button on the <Firmware update program> screen is greyed out. The <Cancel> button is not greyed out, but does not work. The camera will not turn off with the <OFF LOCK ON> switch. The only way to turn the camera off is to remove the battery.
How do I fix the problem and update to firmware version 1.1.1?

The touchscreen is disabled during a firmware update. The camera is waiting for you to move the cursor from CANCEL to OK. Use the rear dial to move it, and press [SET].
