EOS R100 showing time stamp with wrong time

I just purchased the EOS R100 and set the time stamp to Los Angeles time zone. When I download the pictures, the time stamp is showing them with a 12 hour difference. For example: the picture will say 6:00 am, when it should be 6:00 pm. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The setting screen uses 24hr time. 6PM=1800 hrs.
