EOS R10: Some buttons not working or touch screen.

Hello World,

I have problem for my camera.

The camera is Canon eos R10.

The problem it is when I turn on my camera

Some buttons not working or touch screen.

 even menu isn't working unless info button, shutter button, main dial, quick control dial. And the camera turning on just normal

What shooting Mode are you in? Are you using one of the Creative Modes, or are you using one of the Auto Modes?

In the Auto Modes, some options might not be available to you.

Try putting your camera in Av, TV, M, or P and see if it makes a difference.
