EOS R not getting pure colors: black shows as brown

Hello good afternoon please I just bought a new ESO Canon R but when I shoot am not getting pure colors; example if the person is wear black dress it turns to brown

The first question that comes to mind is are you shooting in RAW or JPEG?  If it's JPEG it might be due to a camera profile you have set up.

As Gary suggested, changing. Your Picture Profile might help.

You might also try adding a 1/3 stop of negative exposure compensation.
