OK - so I've put a vintage Voigtlander LT mount on the EOS M6 with an adapter, changed the Custom setting to Release Shutter without lens - I want to use it in Picture Style mode set to Grainy B&W. Is there a good reason why that doesn't work? I just get a red Camera icon flashing in the viewfinder, and the shutter won't release.
It works on M, Av, Tv etc. just not in the Picture Style setting. I have set it Monichrome on the C1 custom position - works - will just have to add grain and contrast after.
