EOS M6 Mark II less than one year, screen glitches then goes black

We have tried the following:

 

1, removing battery and SD card overnight

2. cleaning between the shutter button and camera body

anyone else have this issue and what did you do to fix it? Thanks.

Looks like a hardware failure.  Since it's less than one year old, it should still be under warranty, so contact Canon and schedule a repair.  If you're registered the product, go to your account and start a repair from there.

Looks like a hardware failure.  Since it's less than one year old, it should still be under warranty, so contact Canon and schedule a repair.  If you're registered the product, go to your account and start a repair from there.
