Hi, I am having trouble connecting my camera EOS M50 to my iPhone. I have downloaded the Canon Camera Connect app. But when I choose the model for my camera, it is not connecting and I do not know why? There should be a Dialog on the app, but nothing comes up. My camera is still connecting. Can someone tell me why is I am having this issue?
When you select the M50 do you get a page to select Bluetooth or Wi-Fi? If so, when you select Bluetooth do you get a page that says operate the camera?
