EOS M50 Mark II Errors

Hi , I have problem with my EOS m50 mark ii cam.its function button not working as it used to be . Still shoots but that’s it. Can’t preview or play the menu

Can you please check by repeatedly pressing the Info button to make sure that you are not getting a blank screen display?
