EOS 90D Mirror Dampening Foam Replacement

GabeBlackmon

So I just got my hands on a used 90d, and have used it for around a month. A few days ago while using it, the shutter foam all but fell out and now I cannot use the camera for obvious reasons. Is this something I can replace myself? Or do I send it in for service?
